Welcome to East Lothian Council’s Committee Management Information System (CMIS).

Using the buttons on the green bar (above) you will be able to find the following information:

  • Committees – information on the Council’s committee structure; meeting dates; agendas; minutes; and reports
  • Members – information on all Elected Members, including contact details; party representation; election history; committee membership; representation on outside bodies; and declarations of interest
  • Outside bodies – details of the external organisations to which the Council nominates representatives
  • Events – information on meetings and events, listed on a month by month basis
  • Useful Information – details of the latest committee schedule; membership of committees; representation on outside bodies; and the Council’s Standing Orders
  • Members’ Library – contains reports and documents which are approved under delegated powers or which do not require a decision.  A bulletin of all items submitted is published on a monthly basis.

Users who have access to private papers will be required to log in using their CMIS username and password in order to view private documents.
